Seller FAQ

There is 2 ways to become our Seller/Freelancer.
A) Register an account, choose “Seller” from User Type and you’re good to go.

B) If you have an account with us already, simply click “Become a Seller”, and our team will upgrade your account to “Seller”.

Lastly, complete your profile with details about your skills and start listing your digital services.

No listing fee! You can post services for free. We only take a platform fees(15%) when you successfully complete an order.

On our freelance platform, the minimum price for a service (gig) is RM20, while the maximum base price is RM5,000.

Need to offer more value?
You can also add extras or service upgrades, such as faster delivery or premium add-ons — but each extra must also not exceed RM5,000.

Example:

  • Base gig: RM150
  • Extra: “Add source file” – RM30
  • Extra: “Fast delivery in 24 hours” – RM80
  • ✅ Total must not exceed RM5,000

This pricing structure helps maintain transparency and trust while giving you flexibility to scale your offers.

Payments are released to your account after the clearance period ends. You can then withdraw your funds via bank transfer.

The clearance period (5 days) refers to the time between when a service order is marked as completed and when a freelancer or service provider can withdraw their earnings.

Why Is There a Clearance Period?

This holding period exists to:

✅ Allow buyers to raise disputes or request revisions if needed
✅ Ensure smooth delivery and protect against refund or fraud risks
✅ Maintain platform trust for both sellers and buyers

You can withdraw your earnings after the clearance period, which is usually 5 days after the order is marked as complete. This ensures a smooth buyer experience and allows time for disputes if necessary.

Currently, only digital services are supported. Examples include graphic design, writing, coding, video editing, and consulting. All services must be deliverable online.

Yes! You can create service tiers and upsell add-ons like extra revisions, faster delivery, or premium features to increase your earnings.

You can boost your service by enabling the ‘Featured Service’ option or by earning great reviews through high-quality work and on-time delivery.

If the buyer requests revisions within the allowed number of revisions, you can respond directly via the dashboard. Always communicate clearly to avoid order cancellations.

All communication with buyers happens through the in-platform messaging system to ensure transparency and protection for both parties.
